Monday Madness

Why does it always seem to be so hard to get out of bed on Monday mornings? I dunno about you but I find it really difficult to drag myself out of bed and hit the gyms on Mondays. But reluctantly I got up, gave my body some fuel and hit the gym – and wow was I happy I did afterwards! I was starting a new cycle today – a new Loading Phase and had to fight my way through it at times.
